Job title: General Manager Unified Communications
Mark has 11 years experience in Convergence starting at Cellnet, implementing the first fixed-mobile convergence products in the shape of Mobex and later mobile applications for location tracking and field force automation.
Following that Mark spent time in various sales and sales management roles covering mobile data applications, web hosting, application hosting and Internet security within BT Group before moving to the Netherlands to help BT establish its Data Centre Services business in the Benelux region.
Since back in the UK, Mark has managed Specialist Sales teams focussing on Data Centre Services and Managed Applications, before becoming Head of Sales and Business Development on BT’s Microsoft Alliance where Mark’s team was responsible for driving BT into the Unified Communications marketplace.
His latest role sees Mark as General Manager Unified Communications, responsible for BT’s UC Portfolio across all BT’s strategic partners.
